I am an EMDR trained mental health counselor with nearly 3 years of experience as a therapist. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution to mental health. Drawing from Jungian Psychology, CBT, and EMDR, I help clients gain insight, process difficult experiences, develop practical coping skills, and foster lasting growth. I work with adults, adolescents (ages 10–18), and couples, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. I work with trauma, PTSD, depression, and general anxiety. I also specialize in working with athletes who are experiencing performance anxiety, emotional dysregulation, slumps, and suffering from the effects of mental blocks.
